Summer Registration for New Students to District. Stop by and pre-register for the upcoming school year. Monday – Thursday from 8 am to 5 pm Location - 201 Lindenwood Dr. Portable 7 What to bring: Documents: Student's Original birth certificate Student's Original Social Security card – If available Student's Most recent and complete Immunization record Student's Previous school records Picture ID of the person enrolling the student(s) with the date of birth (State driver’s license, State ID, etc) Proof of residency – utility bill or lease indicating where the family (students) live Valid email – used for parent Portal, online registration, school messenger The children being registered must be present.
